Gomathi Sridevi is a budding writer from India. She is a Sociology graduate who is about to pursue Masters in journalism. She would describe herself best as a student who is interested in applying her learnings in Sociology to benefit society. Her passion for writing can be attributed to her childhood habit of reading newspaper everyday. She took up an interest in society and loved to pen down her thoughts. She made efforts by contributing her ideas on societal matters through articles in several magazines to provide deep insights into the harsh reality of society.
Her articles have appeared in Weaver Magazine, Monomousumi, Nuha Foundation and Edugeeksclub. She actively participates in writing competitions and have made fair contributions to poetry works too. She got the 'Honorary certificate of distinction for outstanding literary performance on the Asia continent' by The League of Poets. Her essay was awarded Best Essay 'The most important lessons college has taught us' by EduGeeksclub.
Her short stories and non-fiction works got accepted and published in Sweetycat Press, Wise Owl Magazine, Storyhouse, The Preservation Foundation Inc, and Indian Periodical magazine.
