Six Colors

By Patrick Devine

I have loved you forever, even before I knew your name.
I have loved you forever, A willing player in loves forceful game.
I have loved you forever, I pray that you will love me too.
I have loved you forever, even though we are friends so new.
Reach out your hand and bless me with your touch,
Teach me now, with your taste that means so much.
I need you, I worship you,
I breathe you, You are the six colors of air to me.
I have loved you forever, touch me now and set me free.
