In Search Of The Fundamentals
Straight she marched into their headquarters
She didn't call them charlatans and exploiters
It was her conscience against their impoverishment
She couldn't brook their gravy train of self-enrichment
They had it all: power, pride, money, a bag of lies & tricks
She didn't say her bold move was driven by a lack of basics --
Lack of decency, lack of commonsense, lack of the essentials --
Her placard screamed BASIC TOOLS AND MEDICINE FOR HOSPITALS
