Liar's Paradise

By Ken Allan Dronsfield

Liar's Paradise

Round and round the liars sail
of dust to dawn and back again
crowns of briers, throne of nails
tell us a tale of a scrimshaw tale.
King of lies, orators of fiery breath
one more fairy tale of the raw untruth
cast away all cares, until an icy death
contempt follows him from early youth.
Burn in Hell, you savor all the flavor
flames lick cheeks, burning of the hair
carry a dare deep into the devil's favor
Liars paradise, piety reigns in despair.
