Who Resembles Who?

By Ndaba Sibanda

Who Resembles Who?

Without meaning to be overbearing, he is a provider of guidance.
Without being doting, he pursues to guide a child into brilliance.

Not much is said or celebrated about him but he is a marvelous mast.
Not always popular, he values playing a pivotal parental role as a must.

that is devoted to honoring this family member? You shout: Father’s Day!

have always attached worth to the roles played by dads—without celebrations.

Perhaps for points and pointers, ponder and pursue no further than a flavor
of African insight ingrained in storytelling and proverbs and … don’t shiver!

A father never resembles his son, it's the son who resembles the father. A child
can play with its mother's breasts, but not its father's testicles. Truths piled!
