Nameless
Only that long ago you step in
And look at me
Wet leaves heal your bruised feet
Thirst for more rain,
Trying to find answers
The grey clouds
Open the old envelope
On the depths of time.
No longer has a name
The brick wall gathers moss,
Remembering the lost words
Hidden on the wall behind.
Nights are silent, in a web of lies
Awaiting to unwind themselves,
The alleys breathe differently
In the blackness of their skin.
